Absolutely. Every conversation is monitored for safety keywords. You get instant email alerts for concerning content, custom safety keyword monitoring, and you can review all chat history from your Parent Dashboard. Messages are anonymized before reaching the AI. We are COPPA compliant with no ads, tracking, or data selling.
We designed three login methods for every age:

Username + Password — Every child gets a unique username and password when created. Works for all ages.
QR Code Scan — Download a printable Login Card from your dashboard. Kids just point their camera at it — no typing needed. Perfect for younger children (ages 5-10).
Email Login — Parents can optionally add their child's email address for older kids who prefer independence. Requires parent approval.

All three options are available on the Student Login page.
After signing up, go to My Children in your Parent Dashboard. Click "Add Child," enter their name, choose a username, select their age bracket, and set safety preferences. A password is auto-generated — you can download a printable Login Card with their credentials and QR code. Takes about 60 seconds.
Parents: We use magic links — no passwords needed. Enter your email on the Parent Login page and check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the login link. Links are valid for 24 hours.

Children: Try the Student Login page. If the password isn't working, a parent can reset it from the My Children page. If the account is locked after too many attempts, it unlocks automatically after 15 minutes.
Go to My Children in your Parent Dashboard, click on the child's name, and select "Reset Password." A new password will be generated. You can then download a fresh Login Card with the updated credentials and QR code. Note: resetting the password will invalidate any previously printed QR code Login Cards.
Try these steps: (1) Refresh the page or close and reopen the browser. (2) Clear the browser cache. (3) Make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). (4) Check your internet connection. If the problem continues, contact us below with the child's username and we'll investigate.
